The Team & Project

Workforce Housing,
Locally Led

Rooted in Skyway. Built for Workforce Housing.

Skyway 120 is led by a sponsor with personal roots in the Seattle area and a career spanning the car business, rental property management, and construction — including electrical contracting, construction coordination, and MEP systems.

Affordable housing does not succeed through financing alone. It also has to get built — on time, within budget, with the right partners at the table from the beginning. That is where the sponsor's construction background makes a difference. Compass Construction came in early with preliminary budgeting, scheduling, and site planning before any formal commitments were made.

The project will bring 120 workforce housing units to working families in Skyway. The broader goal is a repeatable model — one that shows affordable housing can be organized around local workforce, construction readiness, and community investment.
