    Supports: Project organization, consultant coordination, funding strategy, operating assumptions, and readiness documentation.

    Purpose: Strengthens Skyway 120's review-ready submission for public funders, lenders, nonprofit partners, and future development partners.

  • Preconstruction / Predevelopment
    $200k

    Planning + Design Readiness

    Supports: Non-capital predevelopment work, including architectural updates, plan review preparation, environmental review, entitlement coordination, consultant support, and project-readiness documentation.

    Purpose: Advances Skyway 120 from early-stage site control into a review-ready predevelopment package.

  • CHIP Infrastructure Alignment
    Up to $1.0M

    Utility + Infrastructure Pathway

    Supports: Future CHIP funding for water, sewer, stormwater, utility connections, system development charges, and site infrastructure for 120 affordable housing units.

    Purpose: Connects project affordability, infrastructure needs, and public investment efficiency in advance of future CHIP review.
